Stage 3 - Planning Application


  • Confirm Client Requirements
  • Finalise Design + Details
  • Design and Planning Statement 
  • Liaise with consultants 
  • Submit Planning Application 
  • Monitor the Application

Stage 4 - Building Regulation or Full Construction Detailing


  • This Stage is All About Realising the Planning Drawings. 
  • Construction Detailing 
  • Compliance with Building Regulations  
  • Co-ordination with Consultants and Product Manufacturers 
  • Detailed specification 

Stage 5 - Tender Issue + Contract


  • Contractor / Builder recommendations 
  • Tender Drawings and Documents, including Health & Safety  Information. 
  • Advice on Suitable Building Contract
  • Liaise with Contractors Throughout the Tender Period 

Stage 6 - On Site Services


  • Quality Control of Construction Phase 
  • Site visits, Reports and Inspections
  • Snagging and Advice on Resolution Defects 
  • On Site Assistance and liaising with Contractor // Builder.
